Dovetaile is a workflow automation tool for music producers. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. If you have questions, contact us at feedback@dovetaile.com.
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving Dovetaile.
Signup and feedback data is stored in Supabase, a managed database service. Telemetry data is also stored in Supabase. Web requests pass through Cloudflare, which may log request metadata (IP address, timestamp) for security purposes subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We retain signup and feedback data for as long as we operate the beta program. Telemetry data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing feedback@dovetaile.com.
You may request to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you by contacting feedback@dovetaile.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our lawful basis for processing your data is legitimate interests (operating and improving the beta product) and, where applicable, consent (beta signup).
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) as part of bot protection. No advertising or cross-site tracking occurs.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Dovetaile after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
